I have heard it's possible to have fun online.

​I read a funny post from a "zoomer" today that said people have been partying online since forever.  Pretty sure this isn't quite true, but that said, today we certainly "have the technology".
​
For the rest of us, we will be fast tracked into this virtual community.  But its not all of this change is bad. Learning to adapt quickly just makes us stronger, more knowledgable people. 

I have created a short video that reveals some possibility for connection in this current time of uncertainty.  We know what we can't do, but let's think about what we can, and keep things going to preserve the balance.

I've included a bit about what I do to add to a virtual party. And some helpful tips and hints on how to throw a memorable event.

how to BOOK A DIGITAL ARTIST at your online party

Booking a caricature artist at your party just stepped into the future (we were headed that way anyway).

Online events allow you to have parties that last 30 minutes or 30 hrs. It's up to you.  This digital booking service opens up the possibility to purchase caricatures per head instead of per hour.  For the first time you will be able to pay based on interest instead of per hour.  Since they will all be finished ahead of time, your final caricatures will be posted online for participants to download and share alongside a video of each person being drawn.

On event date, join your group together on ZOOM, SKYPE, FACETIME, FACEBOOK, or whatever you choose and simply refer your guests to the unique url to open alongside the chatroom, so they may view and comment on their pictures.

Set up does not have to be fancy, we bring a tripod with attachment or an easel.

A PRINTER

My fave printer ? The epson pixel master 400 - Up to 100 prints with one cartridge. So far knock on wood, no hiccups. Great little printer for 4x6' photos

Ideally an indoor location, if not, a tent with complete moisture and temperature control.

Going to need good wifi signal and strong internet. Something to consider if booking on the road.
