The Drawing Room, located in a charming riverside mill, is a modern twist on the traditional "drawing room" once found in many homes. Our caricature drawing service is the perfect addition to any booking, and we'll draw caricatures of all your guests while they wait, offering creative activities and games to keep everyone entertained. From Pictionary to other fun activities, your event is guaranteed to be filled with laughter and playful creative activity. Our studio is perfect for a small holiday soiree, corporate meeting, training session, employee appreciation, retirement roast, girls' night out, bridal shower, engagement or anniversary, or an young artist's birthday celebration !
The studio's open floor plan offers limitless layout possibilities and is furnished to accommodate 10-40 guests. With gallery white walls, three large arched windows set inside a brick feature wall, hardwood floors, plenty of natural light, and ample space, our studio is perfect for your next occasion.

HOUSE RULES
This building caters to working professionals and small businesses. We request that you kindly maintain appropriate noise levels and ensure that your guests adhere to expected mature adult behavior standards at all times. All minors shall be supervised at all times. You are welcome to bring your own food and beverage or have catering company or restaurant deliver your food here. All trash and recycles are carry in & carry out. Please refrain from hiring DJs or engaging in dancing events, and/or avoid establishing cash bars. All guests must be at least 21 years old to consume your provided alcohol. Hosting public events is prohibited, which means all your guests must have a prior invitation. No ticketed events. We encourage you to schedule a meeting or book a viewing of the space ahead of time to finalize arrangements. We look forward to hosting you at the Drawing Room! |

How to find us
The Dana Warp Mill on bridge street in Westbrook, Maine is right over the bridge from downtown Westbrook. The building is filled with Artist's, Designers, Photographers, Craftspeople, Entrepreneurs, Grass Roots organizations, and Small Businesses.
Parking is available on the West side of the building in a large lot by the river, or at any downtown Westbrook public spot off Main street. Our elevator is located at the Main Entrance with the awning. From the elevator, go to the third floor walk straight down the hall and take a left. We are located in the center of the building. Or you may come up directly through door 6 (On weekdays), up 3 flights and then take a right.
We are only open to the public BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you plan to stop by, please text or email first so we can be sure to greet you.
