Looking for something different to add to your event? Your guests will absolutely love the uniqueness of having a caricature done. Parties are ultimately about drawing us together. A Caricature artist will do just that. People naturally gravitate towards artists and will group together to watch, comment, and laugh. About Caricatures at events
Hiring a Caricature Artist...
Set Up
Set up is quick and easy. Artists only require approximately 5' x 5' space and some room for a line of people. If the area is too dark to draw, the artists normally require electricity although battery/solar powered lights can be brought if pre-arranged. We can also bring one of our striped circus tents upon request. Set up for digital caricatures* usually requires indoor or like-indoor amenities. (electricity, temperature and weather control)
Party Size
No event is too large or too small for caricatures. We just change our tactic to adjust to each party. We can take our time and add color for smaller parties, and we can speed up, add more artist, and remove detail for larger parties.
Planning
Lines can form quickly at large events, and although our artists are super fast at about 3 to 4 minutes per person, it only takes 20 people to form a line that takes over an hour to get through. If possible someone in charge of crowd control and line management can facilitate much faster drawings speeds from the artists. Lists are not encouraged as party guests are typically otherwise distracted and don't come back at their allotted time or order and this angers other guests who show up on time. There are many ways to engage folks waiting in a line. One of my favorites is to have a roving magician come by and show off their tricks.
