Transforming Events into Artistic Experiences with Caricatures
My mission has always been to merge my artistic abilities with quality entertainment, creating a unique and memorable experience that can be tailored to any event. By exploring niche markets, outside of the typical corporate events and children's parties, my business has adapted to the many fluctuations of the economy. I have discovered that Caricatures work well at any kind of events where a low-cost per-person item can add a very special touch, change a guest’s mood entirely, convert a sale, boost an employee's spirit, or help raise funds for a charity.
One such new market I have ventured into is the wedding industry. By offering artistic services like caricatures at formal events, I am creating a new market in the evolving wedding industry. Since I subcontract out many of my artists, I am also creating opportunities for more visual artists to show off their drawing skills at events. Caricatures can be used to add a one-of-a-kind touch to a lavish party or something very special to a minimalist backyard BBQ. Since I work events primarily in the state of Maine, I'm proud to offer something new and different to the local community. I also donate my time drawing caricatures for several charities here.
Drawing caricatures has led me to fascinating venues all over the country, including Disney, Universal, SpaceX, Las Vegas, Palm Springs, and even working under the President’s AirForce One! My love for this art form has only grown over the 20 years I've been practicing. Caricatures are an old art form that is not taught much except by those already in the trade. Sharing this skill through teaching allows me to expand and carry on the art of caricature and give others the chance to discover its unique appeal.
Bringing humor and cartooning together is my passion, and I delight in forging one-of-a-kind artistic experiences that everyone enjoys and in creating opportunities for future artists to enjoy the same exciting and flexible career I have been blessed with.
